I was very confused on some math problems. When I asked, she fully understood the problem and could tell where I messed up. I was frustrated before because I kept getting it wrong, but she helped me understand and fix my mistake! Also, I like that they ASK you questions and not just give you the answer!

The tutor was great. Glad Straighterline is using this service. However, in their first chapter of their Pre-Calculus book and already used this service twice, because my answer differs from the book answer. Both times, I was right, and tutor confirmed it. Think the book needs to be updated.

Something went wrong with my tutors internet I think. They said they were drawing, but I could not see it. There were also long periods of time when I would type something and I would not get a response back for a while or it would be one that had to do with something I had said earlier. Although it may have just been because of their internet not working.
