Dr. Anita P.

Anita Paschall, MD/PhD

With over 23 years of experience working in admissions across various healthcare professions, Dr. Paschall is a true medical school admissions veteran. While serving as Director of Health Admission at a Research 1/Division 1 university, Anita more than doubled students’ acceptance rates. She has counseled more than 10,000 applicants to help them achieve their acceptance goals.

Today, Dr. Paschall is well-regarded by the medical school and healthcare communities. She holds an MD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in addition to a master’s in education and two PhDs from Wake Forest University—one in physiology, the other in pharmacology.

In her free time, Anita is a fan of the saltwater life, including fishing with her husband. She does yoga and is a huge fan of music.

Matt M.

Matthew Morano, PhD

With over 20 years’ experience in admissions and student affairs at Research I/Division I schools, Dr. Morano has worked with a wide range of students, from prospective undergraduate students and non-traditional students returning to their studies to pre-medical and pre-dental students. Dr. Morano endeavors to coach students through honest, accurate, and timely feedback designed with one goal in mind: to help them achieve their dreams.

Dr. Morano combines his experiences as a Division I football coach and as an educational psychologist to help applicants navigate the very personal journey of professional school admissions. He holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Connecticut and a masters in education (counseling and development) from George Mason University.

In his free time, Matt enjoys coaching his two sons in various sports, loves going to the movies with his wife, and has an affection for cooking.

Teresa B.

Teresa Barnett, MBA

Manager – Medical School and Healthcare Admissions

Teresa Barnett is well-versed in the nuances of marketing candidates to medical school programs. After eight years as a tutoring manager at The Princeton Review, Teresa transferred to our medical admissions division as a manager, a move she knew was meant to be: A first-generation college graduate, Teresa knows how crucial it is to have someone in your corner through a journey of excitement and anticipation. Having worked as a Princeton Review Admissions Expert for over four years, she now serves as the Operations Manager within the Medical Admissions Department and oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure student satisfaction.

Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wingate University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, spending time with her family and friends, and watching “Forensic Files”.

Amanda W.

Amanda Zimmer, MEd

Amanda Wasser is skilled in helping students apply to medical school.

While completing a master’s in student affairs in higher education at Texas State University, Amanda worked in both that school’s admissions counseling center and in the Health Professions Office at The University of Texas at Austin. The child of a military family, she grew up in New Jersey and Virginia, majoring in health sciences at James Madison University.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.

Natasha Dillon brings over a decade of professional program and graduates program admissions experience to the team. She discovered her passion for advising pre-professional students in 2010 and pursued a master’s degree to become qualified and well-versed in assisting students with these goals. Natasha places particular importance and focuses on assisting students in maintaining mental health throughout the stressful process of applying. She has extensive knowledge regarding post-baccalaureate and master’s programs. Natasha holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master of Education in College Counseling and Student Development.
