Career Experience

As a chemical engineer, I must use algebra and calculus because that's the basic language of science and engineering. Also some topics such as differential equations are a powerful tool to study the natural phenomena of my interest: transformations of energy and materials in a responsible way.

I Love Tutoring Because

Many times for me it is easier when someone solves the problem for me and then going over the steps, because whenever they ask what is next I feel like I have to answer really quick, but it is nice the way they ask us to explain or kind of guide us from the beginning

Tutors are helpful in helping you sort and understand information as well as asking the student questions that evaluates their knowledge they already have on the topic. I've only used chat room, not audio, and I've been highly satisfied with that. Great communication, response time, and explanations. Being able to view the whiteboard on screen is also very helpful for visual learners such as myself
