I felt a little bit like the tutor was intentionally very vague - I know they shouldn't be outright giving the answers, but I only come here once I've fumbled around with everything I could think of. The last few tutors I had were a lot more helpful.

The tutors need to be more open minded and willing to work to understand the problems. This tutor was good because he told me the issues with my code and it helped me have clarity in what the actual problem was. My previous tutor was lazy and honestly didn't know what he was talking about.

The text editor is totally bugged out. Anytime typing a line it jumps the cursor back to the top left of the page and you start typing there. Then sometimes a few seconds later it reverts the damage, and messes you up more by doing it again.

There are times when you have a long project that you need help with, and the time with a tutor may not be enough to go through it. When that time is up, you may not get that tutor when you signed back in and the new tutor may have a different approach to the question. Is it possible to get 2-3 hours with a tutor? That would be awesome! Thank you.
