Career Experience
I have been a business teacher for over 20 years. I am currently nationally board certified for over 12 years. I worked in New York for 14 years in both HS and MS and now work in Florida teaching. I have been teaching here for over 5 years now. All of my career I have taught computer classes to students from 6th-12th grade. I have also taught HS business classes like Business Communications and Business Law as well as overseen internship programs for HS seniors. Most recently I have focused on Word, PowerPoint and other forms of multimedia, Excel and Access as well as Safe Online Surfing, Internet and Cyber safety and online communications. I am certified in MOS - Word, Word Expert, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CIW and Adobe InDesign. The past several years my students have won the FBI Safe Online Surfing contest (a contest run across the country and based on how they score on an exam in which I prepare them for).
I Love Tutoring Because
I love sharing my knowledge with others and helping them to learn and understand to use programs that are so important to understand. If I can help just one student become better at what they do and have them take away that knowledge, I have done my job.
