A: If your official GMAT score did not increase by at least 80 points (if your starting score was under 620) or did not equal or exceed 700 (if your starting score was 620 or higher) and you meet other eligibility requirements, we will refund your tuition, less the fee for course materials and shipping charges. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you enrolled in your classroom course on or after August 1 st , 2020, you can cancel your enrollment all the way up to the start of your program for a full tuition refund. No refunds will be given after the start of your program, and shipping costs will not be refunded. All materials must be unused and returned for a full tuition refund. Please see our terms and conditions for all the details.
Q: When will I receive my course material?
A: The materials for GMAT 700+ will be shipped via UPS and will generally arrive within 7-10 days before the start of your course with Standard Ground shipping.
