Academic Programs
Bryant University's academic programs are ranked among the top in the U.S. At Bryant, you'll complete courses of study in business, STEM fields and the liberal arts—broadening your horizons and giving you an unbeatable competitive advantage. You'll discover your passion and figure out how to turn it into a meaningful life's work.
Complementing the College of Business and College of Arts and Sciences, the University's new School of Health and Behavioral Sciences offers a unique interdisciplinary education—integrating studies in health sciences, cognitive and behavioral sciences, data analytics, and business—that prepares students for exceptional careers in fields including healthcare analytics, healthcare management and finance, and public and community health.
Our nationally recognized First-Year Gateway provides the foundation for your success by setting the stage for you to explore the global foundations of character, leadership, culture, and business. Bryant's immersive IDEA (Innovation and Design Thinking Experience for All) program will teach you the proven skills of innovators—creativity, empathy, collaboration, connectivity, and perseverance.
Collaborative and experiential learning are at the heart of a Bryant education. Group projects, practicum experiences, academic competitions, and business simulations are just a few of the ways you'll develop highly marketable skills and credentials that will set you apart. You'll work with an industry expert in one class and gain valuable experience through a service-learning project in the next. You'll learn how to innovate—and collaborate—to understand and solve real-world problems.
Bryant's student-centered approach is at the core of everything we do. We keep classes small; there are no large lecture halls, and 100 percent of your classes will be taught by professors—not teaching assistants or graduate students. Our faculty, who are world-class experts and scholars, will be your mentors and coaches, both in class and beyond.
An emphasis on developing a global mindset, through opportunities both on-campus and abroad, will prepare you to truly be a global citizen—ready to work effectively anywhere in the world. You'll explore diverse viewpoints as you challenge assumptions and develop creative and meaningful solutions to international problems.
Beyond the classroom, co-curricular opportunities will sharpen your learning. As an intern or research assistant, you'll be able to connect theory with practice. Student organizations like the Bryant Marketing Association and Smart Women in Finance will help you hone key insights into your profession and make invaluable connections.

Students Say
Regardless of where Bryant's students are, the "academic experience is always focused on learning rather than getting a grade." and everyone here is "very willing to offer extra help when it is needed," making it "hard [for a student] to fall through the cracks." To that end, faculty here are "professionals in their industry" and are "quite open...about their realworld experiences." Their words "bring great insight into various industries" and "allow students to get in touch with the latest information so they can catch up with the current [trends] in the business world." This also comes with the open style of teaching many classes employ, "which allows for a dialogue and expansion of thoughts and ideas in the classroom." That dialogue also reaches beyond the classroom thanks to an "incredible network of alumni who genuinely care and want to get Bryant students jobs."
