I had to go through two different tutors before I found a tutor that could help me. The first tutor transferred me out of the blue without helping me progress. I felt like that wasted my precious time I have available for this service. The second tutor was a bit more helpful, but he stepped away for more than a few minutes. Again this wasted my precious time I have available for this service. We then lost connection, and even more of my precious time was wasted. Finally, I found a help tutor who answered my questions and walked me through my problem. Anggie M was very helpful and answered all my questions directly.
